That was disgraceful by everyone so I don’t want to single anybody out, but we need to strip Ponga of the captaincy.

I genuinely don’t know what the answer is for fixing all the handling errors. We make them in every single situation. For a long part of the second half we have 12% of the possession. We’re literally making it impossible for ourselves to win. I knew we would lose as soon as we started dropping it in the second half.

This is kinda where I'm at. I'll largely check out for the season now. That game was awful. The performance was awful. The refereeing was f**king disgusting - forward passes, offsides off kicks, shoulder charges and 2* lead runners hitting defenders on the outside shoulder - none of them correctly called. I can't believe what I just watched on a number of fronts.

On the plus side I threw $100 on the Titans to win at $2.65 so I’ll take that. But FMD it really doesn’t help much given our season is now over.

I'm seriously with you on this brother. This current lot have sucked any fun out of supporting the club. Being pissed about a loss is still part of the fun because it means you care and you're invested in something. Now I just don't care because the team isn't worth caring for. They deserve fans who give the same amount of f**ks as they do.

Not even the spoon years were this disappointing. There were genuine excuses then. Now...it's complete and utter failure at every level of the club. The 10 game winning run was in hindsight, a band-aid on a cancerous wound that set the club back 5 years. The club needs rebuilding now because of signings that happened on the back of that 10 game run. AOB is the obvious knee jerk signing but honestly, I was never on board with the Ponga deal to the extent it was either. Just crazy for a guy that's won nothing and can't do anything on his own.

To be honest they’re both ordinary but at least Gamble is a bigger body and is willing to show abit of line speed in defence and if nothing else you never doubt Gamble’s effort and competitiveness.
Cogger quite simply offers nothing, weak defender, ineffective kicking game, several early kicks for no result, short kicking game is non existent and no running game to speak of.

I know we didn't deserve it etc but I just went back and watched the Titans' second try and it's a clear cut obstruction. The Titans player comes through and clips Sharpe who is then prevented from sliding across. This means Best has to hold up rather than slide and this creates the overlap.

Almost a carbon copy of what we got pinged for against the Warriors.

Why is Cogger kicking for touch when he struggles for distance and we have Crossland on the field who has a big boot, turn that 20m gain to 40m.

I was ok with the Sharpe obstruction. He was far enough from the play to not be directly involved and he wouldn’t have changed anything if he wasn’t clipped. Best didn’t change a single thing that he was doing defensively either.
