Perth's forumers have stated firmly that WA has pathways and feeder clubs to survive. It's the quality of their top 30 and beyond that will measure their success.
They need 3 grades whose players are all capable of stepping up into the NRL and compete.
I know the Wests Tigers were a cluster the past three years but they still had some good players. They also have talented players coming thru pathways to make their rebuild easier eg Tallyn DaSilva, Heamasi Makasini, Lachlan Galvin, Jahream Bula, Luke Laulilii, Kit Laulilii etc.
When someone says, it's only the Wests Tigers, well that just reinforces the need for a club to have 3 solid grades to compete.
