Actually looking forward to the game now Cogger has been dropped.

I wonder how long it’ll take for them to destroy my optimism?
I’m predicting 3 seconds after we send the kick off well over the dead ball line on the full.

Looks like Best is out now with a hamstring :(

What’s the bet we’ll lose and AOB will use injuries as an excuse even though we’re playing the side coming last?
Has he actually used that as an excuse?

He only raised it when we won a few weeks ago. Never raised injuries as an excuse when we were losing. Regularly says “next man up”.

He mentioned the middles being out enough times he certainly was. He also directly said we’ll start winning games when we get our middles back which is basically saying we’re losing due to injuries.

I don't buy the excuses thing. He said he was confident we'd do better when our middles came back. That we knew we were a bit thin there and then copped all our injuries in that area. None of that is an excuse it's just fact. And.. We did better when Jsaf, Elliot etc returned.

I get people are unhappy with the guy but deadset..

lol, there's a lot of blokes who would get a run in the centres well before Gamble. Lucas would end up there before Gamble, and that's ignoring a few in Cup.

Have we heard the same from Bennett whos side has much bigger injury concerns than ours?

No, cause its not what good coaches do.

You give your players an excuse publicly they'll buy into that excuse
