No, I haven’t.And youve completely missed mine lol
Id have thought most Perth Bears fans will be in Sydney not Gosford and keen for as many games in Sydney as possible. I'm sure the club will figure out whats best (along with Roosters). No, I haven’t.
Roosters @ Allianz is just another game.
Roosters @ Gosford brings history and becomes inclusive for the many Bears fans who reside on the Central Coast. The 15 year part of the history to relocate, then be re-admitted on the Central Coast shouldn’t be lost nor should the opportunity to give back to those fans there be taken away.
Love it or not, the Central Coast Bears saga is part of the history that lead to the Perth Bears. Many people who worked on the CC Bears, worked on the Perth Bears. This is what @Centy Coast is insinuating (as well as Roosters now claiming the development region, therefore synergy in the match up).
i thinks you missed the point again on bears, roosters and central coast region and what history and connections there are to feed off.Id have thought most Perth Bears fans will be in Sydney not Gosford and keen for as many games in Sydney as possible. NRL fans struggle to cross two suburbs, doubt there's much demand for 2-3 hour drives! It would be short-sighted to make a purely Sydney-only membership if they were to do something like the Swans' VIC Ultimate membership.
A Norths supporter living in Willoughby for example is just under a 2-hour drive from McDonald Jones Stadium, and just a little over 3 to GIO Stadium.
Depends if roosters include Gosford in their membership? And how many NSW Perth Bears ticketed memberships are likely to be sold?i thinks you missed the point again on bears, roosters and central coast region and what history and connections there are to feed off.
if 2 bears peoples are saying the merit of it, then there's merit in it.
A 2-3 hour drive is a cakewalk when you've waited over a quarter of a century for readmittance.NRL fans struggle to cross two suburbs, doubt there's much demand for 2-3 hour drives!
Roosters @ Allianz is the best chance to sell the most tickets and get the biggest crowd- see their crowd averages since moving to Allianz 2.0.No, I haven’t.

Hopefully we get that soon. At least we know more than what branding PNG will use (Bears and red & black are a lock, with MAYBE yellow/gold somewhere)... but getting a logo means some basic merch can start to roll-out too.I wonder if we will get a logo unveil at Origin or Dolphins game?
I'd rather they take their time and get it all right rather than rush it for the sake of having something in time for Origin II and Round 16. Dolphins only revealed that stuff the October of 2021 so the Bears have 5 more months if they want to be in line with that, which is only if they intend on getting a piece of that off-season jersey frenzy in time for Christmas.Hopefully we get that soon. Oh, and anyone know what's happening with an official website??
Fair point - it is important to get the right balance & have something that translates well to digital media too (ie not TOO complex).I'd rather they take their time and get it all right rather than rush it for the sake of having something in time for Origin II and Round 16. They're all things that would be best rolled out all at once, especially in line with when all the clubs do their jersey reveals for the following season in the weeks after the GF.Fair point - it is important to get the right balance & have something that translates well to digital media too (ie not TOO complex).
You mention the Christmas market, and I imagine that's something the Bears will be eyeing - and once we have a logo revealed, other aspects like a website & merchandise happen very soon afterwards. Just needs that first domino to fall, right?

The only advantage of rolling out a new logo early is it'd end the spread of horrible AI logos being used by the media.
Those numbers seem wrong. Nrlwa has said there are 4,600 players so if you take out everyone under 15 that number is probably around 1000-1500. According to touch australia wa has over 40k touch footballers with majority over 15.
Storm have said they are continuing with their Falcons and Easts partnership. I'd imagine NS partnership will cease end of this year and next years Bears NSW cup side will be stacked with the best 21-25 years olds the Perth Bears can find looking for a contract in 2027 with Perth?Saw a story yesterday that the Storm are about to cut ties with their QLD Cup teams the Brisbane Tigers and the Sunshine Coast Falcons and field their own NSW Cup team in 2026.
Not sure what the Bears will do in 2026, whether they go it alone as well but I thought you had to be aligned with an existing NRL team ?.
Because they are owned by the NRL would this be overlooked ?.
Interesting times ahead.
The Bears had a great win yesterday over Manly 24-20 at Brookvale Oval after being down 4-18 at halftime.
Many were in 10th position and the Bears in 9th position and both were equal on 10 points on the ladder.
It hasn’t been a very good year for the Bears in 2025, Storm players have hardly been available this season as both the Bears and the Storm have played a majority of Sunday games and both also played yesterday.
