Ponga gone, Hammer gone, Holmes gone.....Basically our entire backline needs to be reworked. There isn't much we can do about the front row short of bringing Horse in and giving him a license to psycho (and praying to the footy gods that some front row prodigies emerge for QLD) but the power game of Crichton and To'o needs to be countered somehow. When they get a full head of steam on our line, we just cannot stop them. Still convinced the Penrith players (both current and former) are on the juice. There is something unnatural about their strength and conditioning, I don't give a **** what anyone says.

Interesting times ahead re: Slater. The QRL unless they're blind must see the disadvantage QLD have in with the squads, but how much rope will he be given? NSW are extremely likely to own Origin for the next 3 years, by the time they have won 3 series in a row, the pressure cooker will be burning. Personally I don't think much of him as coach. The pickings have been slim yes, but he has still made some seriously stupid selection calls this series. Fully expecting QLD to get smashed in Sydney, but at least the whitewash has been dodged.

Klein is clearly the ref the NRL choose when they want curation, he was classically disgraceful but the NSW halves were even worse. Just absolutely nothing in attack at all. And with a 10-2 penalty count still got enough tries to win it. Weird game
