2026 is a development year for the likes of Hunt, McEwen, etc. If we manage to turn them into good first graders then 2027 is in decent shape imo

This was some classic Sticky horseshit. Basically trying to lay a guilt trip on him with one of his classic teary speeches about how Papali'i told him he was going to England because he couldn't bear to play against Canberra. Mere days later he was directly asked about it and Josh is like "Well Canberra haven't offered me a new deal and I wanna keep playing footy, so I'm open to offers from anywhere." Has not ruled out playing for another NRL team at all.

If big Paps has any interest in another NRL gig then we are negligent not talking to him. You cannot low ball a quality prop and human like him. He’d be invaluable to Hopwood and McEwen.

Is a dirty Queenslander so should keep KP happy as well.

What's wrong with 30 minutes a game? He will offer invaluable lessons 7 days a week.

We are losing Leo as well, let's not forget that. We have one recognized prop in Saifiti, bench players Croker and Jones. That's it next year. I think we need to resign Frizz as well. Paps, Saifiti, Frizz and Croker is a good front row rotation.

I agree replacing Frizz with him doesn’t make sense but we probably need both.

Big Papa would be a good get for a year or two for sure, as much for his leadership and off field qualities as what he would bring on the field. Not sure if it’ll actually be a possibility that he’d entertain but POS should be calling his management either way.
