Come on mate, even blind Freddy knows while SF is coach Kyle will be in the 17.Are you advocating for him to be in the 17 or is it just a fait accompli in your opinion?
If you're advocating for him then on what basis?
If it is a fait accompli why don't you push back against it?
We go next to nowhere now with our forwards KF will only make it worse.
Probs the best we will get, anyone younger will only eat into Reed’s time, which could force him out!!Rumours circulating we've signed DCE...to be announced in a couple of weeks
Kyle is not big enough, strong enough, or tough enough for the lock position. However, a few of our young forwards could fill the position in 2026 with H Stewart the leading candidate.Come on mate, even blind Freddy knows while SF is coach Kyle will be in the 17.
Am I calling for SF sacking, NO, I actually think he’ll eventually get extended as so far doing a good job bringing the juniors in. Do I think ours juniors will stay and bring us success under SF , YES!
My opinion is Kyle to 13 until cook retires then he’ll move into the 14 role!
im one person who you don’t ask about pushback .
been holding signs games and writing everywhere to get rid of Haran & Millward , where has that got us! Years later they’re both at the club.
anyway, whatever 17 the coaching staff put out i support, do I agree with it all no!
Though as a diehard I follow no matter what.
Love it Getsmarty hahahaha love it
I realize that it is merely a rumour of a rumour ( and from the Eels forum at that- gawd bless their little hearts ) but no ! That bloke is not the answer to our halves problem , no siree .On the parramatta rumour thread
We have tried to sign Keary in the past. Not sure if he would be keen to go round again with his concussion historyHave also just read Luke Keary is leaving super league.
He , also along with DCE probs have 1/2 years left in them.
My wife and myself have a share in a 2yo with the Pearce brothers, had its first official barrier trial on Monday. I only bet in WA.I have tried to warm to many of the very dodgy signings this club has made in the past...generally you just get behind whoever they sign whether you agree or not; Ilias, Norman, Mbye, Woods, etc
Now DCE is a stretch but I get why we would be interested. Keary on the other hand. I'm packing my bags. Zero to offer us. Zero.
I know this is just talk at this point but the trauma stems from the fact that these are the types we sign these days to try stay relevant - old, twilight players who have more to benefit than the club by them signing on.
We have the BEST set of young juniors as far as I can see in the comp. They need the right accomplished, experienced players to balance them out or we will waste them. Why are we are letting lose JDB and hanging on to someone like RFM/Laurie? And then the excuse comes "no one is available". Ignoring a player like Sexton who is young and on the up is also questionable.
35 years of support wasted on a club that can't get it's act together.
This club does not care about winning the comp. It does not care about its fans of late.
It seems other clubs identify a player and sign them. We sit on our hands and close our wallet.
I live in WA. Perth Bears are looking enticing at the moment.
Mariner will be gone at the end of the season & we have Lawrie because he was extended in 2023 until the end of 2026 by Griffin.I have tried to warm to many of the very dodgy signings this club has made in the past...generally you just get behind whoever they sign whether you agree or not; Ilias, Norman, Mbye, Woods, etc

Do you think Gould would have held on to either as long as we have. You are missing the point.Mariner will be gone at the end of the season & we have Lawrie because he was extended in 2023 until the end of 2026 by Griffin.
I am not missing the point. We are now making smarter decisions re recruitment hence the decision to let JDB go elsewhere by backing youthDo you think Gould would have held on to either as long as we have. You are missing the point.
How would Gould get rid of Lawrie if he didn't want to go?Do you think Gould would have held on to either as long as we have. You are missing the point.
We have a lot of good young players coming through. Right now we need to focus on the position we consider a priority, so, lets give DCE what he wants and also concentrate on signing a marquee prop, possibly Hass. Both of these players are unsigned for 2026.I have tried to warm to many of the very dodgy signings this club has made in the past...generally you just get behind whoever they sign whether you agree or not; Ilias, Norman, Mbye, Woods, etc
