Agree on this. Storm have been largely dissapointing this year. If they played their best they win this comp on their head and lose 2-3 games all year.

I think Penrith are back but have played 2 teams placed above 11th in 11 weeks. Storm won the corresponding game last year but then lost the won that matters. I do think Penrith probably need the win here a bit more to show that they arent this years flat track bullies.

Hughes too big a loss, Munster and Paps are down on form, Harry cant do it all on his own. Panthers by 10.
Panthers form is weird this year. Record against the rest of the top 4 is 1-1, 5-8 is 3-1. A majority of our losses (Roosters, Cows, Manly) have come against teams in the lower mid-sections of the comp (places 9-12).

This is pretty consistent with most years recently; we have generally been very good against the best teams.

Should be a great game. Feels like the finals run starts now with all the blockbuster games within the top 4 or 5 coming up over the next week.

Panthers have feasted on the lower teams, building up some hype and belief. Storm have been consistent, without really being impressive.

We'll find out if the 'Riff are actually good this year or if the Storm still have some of that relentless nature.

My money is on the 'Riff.

All this easy run of games talk is hollow fantasy that none of you believe yourselves. You all saw how we ground out the best effort from the table toppers for another lazy 2 points on a Thursday night.

Panthers to give Bellyache a good reason to use his green powered rechargeable bottom hurter in the sheds by beating the Strom 16-8.

With all the talk of the tackled in air loophole have to wonder if Bellamy engages the hip to head loophole that Cleary half successfully engaged on Hughes earlier in the year

Penrith in a close one. Predicting the callers to use the phrase finals-like at least 36 times whether the game is any good or not.

You probably aren’t used to it but the good sides ramp up this time of year so it’s nothing new
