I'm quite pumped for this match tonight.

I really like the match up. Sharks like Penrith have been written off all year but are now in a prelim. Storm are no easy beats with their spine but look vulnerable with their injuries and suspect middle. The latter is currently the Sharks strength. Their pack is firing at the right time of year.

The other story is Nicho Hynes. Lose tonight or next week and he'll still have the choker tag. I don't like seeing players flounder due to their headspace. Absolutely no question about his ability. I think he has turned a corner.

Sharks at $3.00 on Sportsbet which I find pretty wild. Think they'll win this tonight.

Angry Nicho looks a better player than sweetness and light Nicho. I'd like to see him play well tonight.

It's less about the tag and more about reality - Hynes crumbles under pressure. But if he beats Melb in Melb and makes a GF maybe it's a turning point, in his own head.

If he needs to be angry to kill the doubt in head power to him. Because that's his only big weakness, the noise in his head.

I dont know if Nicho has turned a corner, but I think Trindall may be ready to truly announce himself.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but Billy Burns might be one of our biggest threats if the 67 grand final happens.

Disappointing across the park the Sharks.

They finally got their shit together with 15 to go and won field position but squandered their chances. The Paps tackle on Nikora was the big moment.

And unfortunately errors from senior players like AFB and Hynes. Nicho keeps his tag and can mull on it this off-season. He had a very quiet last 15 and needs to do more in a sudden death game like that.
