Schneider on the bench killed our season. I can forgive Talagi a couple of errors it happens.

2 of his 3 errors where unavoidable. One was costly. A simple dropped ball when he made a linebreak. Holds it and maybe win.
But there was a play when Nathan ran himself on the last.By memory scores was 14-10 with about 14 to go. Blaize read the play correctly and steamed thru the hole. Nathan just had to hand him the ball but didn't. That was the game.
Penrith had ample chances to score in 2md half and couldnt put them away. I wouldnt blame a 20yld kid

Yeah they were dead on their feet. Im just pissed and going off. Hate losing. Can't do what everyone else is being happy.
The "GOATS" in our side are To'o and Yeo. Even they need a rest.
We have lots of great players but those 2 are the ones the will be remembered as special for the rest of our lives.

Won't happen but I want none of them playing the rep games. Give them a proper off season for once. Even the wife said they looked burnt out in the second half.

Stags was marginally in front of the kicker for his try but, oh! look over there...

No he wasnt actually. I watched closely thinking same live. Penrith just played to safe in the 2nd half and could not put them away when had their chance. Could of been 20 nill early in 2nd half. Game over. But there was also about 3 sets of set on their line later in half with about 20mins to go and didnt once look like scoring. A few attacking sets where woefull.

It's just how I saw the game. No need to be rude and aggressive. I was pissed Panthers lost also and won't watch the grand final now. My old mad ain't well and I would of loved him to see the Panthers win it. He lives there still.

Sorry Chins but Hindy has that one right. I remember that play and had a mate at my place (who is a neutral) who saw the same play. I thought it was Garner running the line but could have been Talagi. It happened very quickly but Nathan clearly got nerves and refused to pull the trigger.

I was frustrated by both Nath and Talagi refusing to trust the defense and going for bat downs on 4th or 5th tackle when Brisbane really had nothing going. Led to 2 of 3 tries.

Damn. Not sure how we let that one slip. You just knew they would come after us in the second half. Credit to the Broncos, they just kept coming and in the end walked us down and knocked us out.

Not taking the 2 points when we needed some reprieve and points on the board to steady ourselves midway through the second half was telling in the end.

Really proud and great season from our club. A whisker away from a GF. As heartbreaking as that was.

Next weekend will be the first GF in over 30 years I won’t watch.

It’s is an interesting one, they played the ball one step behind the ten and we got penalised for not
being behind the goal line, not sure why they didn’t at least go to the video
Yep. That's what I thought too. Even if Casey jumps early (and it was very very close), he was back 10 anyway. Very tough call I thought.

Disgraceful second half performance and beyond unacceptable to let the Broncos be the ones to end our dynasty. They are my most hated club since 1988! That said we just weren't good enough this year and against good sides we kept fading in games late in the season. The Storm and Raiders punished us in Golden Point and the bloody Broncos somehow kept us pointless in the second half and jagged a very arsey win to end our streak.

We can be proud of the 4 Peat obviously and the effort to be one of the last 4 standing this season from where we came from but exiting like and making all those Brisbane inbreds happy will take some time to get over. Mclean and Talagi still have maturing to do before they can be premiership winning players. Nathan and Dyl needed to step up more and they didn't and as for Schneider....well we should have let him go to the Dolphins early if that was possible.

I could say good luck to Storm and Broncos in the GF but I wouldn't mean it and so I won't be watching.
