Mate you don’t have the roster it’s one of the worst rosters in the comp it’s a bottom 4 roster tbh changing the coach won’t fix it the next guy won’t do any better your players you currently have just don’t have it. You don’t have the spine either. Gutho as well was a bad bad signing the bloke is washed there was a reason Parra let him walk.

And there is a bigger issues than just the coach dont address them the next coach will make no difference.

This is not a lean period or a bad season.
This is the gradual decline from average club to very worst in the comp over a number of years. The sickness of our club predates the coach and he is not the sole reason we are winless since August. But the way it works is he is responsible for poor tactics, attitudes, skills and selections.

Our problems were the reason the likes of Hornby, Ryles and Hasler ran the other way when we were searching for a coach.

No, sending him packing won't fix things but you must remember, as in the case of Demetriou:

People want the coach gone because:
- he has had sufficient time to put a roster together (coaches are number 1 factor in most players signing)
- someone has to be held accountable, otherwise we are accepting failure for a 3rd straight year under his care
- we are bloody sick of walking into games on a hiding to nothing

Hopefully there's someone out there who isn't afraid to get rid of the dead wood and mid fits, sign up or develop some talent, and undertake another long term plan to make us half decent again.

A coach can't hide behind a weak roster for 3 years straight. He got Anderson, and man, did he promise some incredible things when he was given the role.

Even f**king blind Freddy knows our roster isn’t as good to make the top 4 let alone the 8..

and no this isn’t SF fault.
We have targeted MANY players.
Douhei,cobbo, AFB, list goes on! If the players don’t want to come here because we’ve been shit the last 10 years unfortunately doesn’t fall on the current coach for past failures

though many on here would think it does. .
