SF’s entire tenure has been subject to questions

Was he the right cultural fit post peptides?
Was he over rated?
His choice of senior assistant coach?
His recruitment of Kyle?
His keeping of and then letting go of Hunt?
His recruitment especially Kyle?also
His own extension then Kyle's as well as others?
His letting go of young fast players?
His constant selection of duds?
His constant media presence promising much delivering zilch?
His signing on of a part time attacking coach in Ennis?
His boring game plans?
His risk taking and failures re injured players making early returns including his own son?
His constant poor results?

So many questions with so many bad answers.
Also ot how flanno allowrd luch and lawrie to play all last year overwight and under conditoned and then off season reamed them out for their condition

I think Alex McKinnon's column on Fox Sports might echo quite a few sentiments that have been posted in this thread -

I still think pound for pound Atkinson is a better signing than Dylan Brown. Particularly when you recognise that Reed is coming through.

On a positive note, this is Shane flanagans last game as hc. I’ll be celebrating with a bottle of scotch.
The thing is the effort will be there from the players but the fundamental skill and ability to beat anyone is just not there. Even if we skip a couple tries ahead what happens next is inevitable. This is professional footy and there's nothing professional about our club.

This is a send off game.

Flanagan can't survive one more, and anyone watching knows we can't beat Manly or anyone else. It's just the false hope that comes game day because we get to start at 0-0 on the scoreboard.

Dragons win by 40 and I will eat my words.

I wanted Hasler over Flanagan for 2 reasons one he has proven success at more than one club and he wouldn't have brought in Kyle to stink the joint out.

I'm actually convinced Flanno came here to sabotage this place along with his former Cronulla reject buddies.

I actually thought he could do well, I feel same crap would with Hasler, I actually believe Nathan Brown can fix this mess, he didn't leave the club in a mess, he actually left it for Mr Bennett to do his magic.
