I'd say unless you're an sbw or a Sam Burgess, you'll need a couple of off seasons and 50 games to get comfortable. Not a golden rule but look at doorey and Russell, both hitting those markers both looked good.

Unfortunately we have a lot of players with very little experience, have we lost the reverence or the patients for what it takes to develop first graders. We asked Riley smith and big Sam to jump NSW cup completely. People praise Ryles for how quick he cleaned up the roster and I was one of them. But I thought there would be more signings....
