Fair enough, if I'm wrong about AKP I'm very happy to be.
All I see is that when Dallin wasn't finishing tries in 25, he had a lot less to his game. And to be fair, he's a really good yardage carrier guy. I thought he was tremendous yesterday with the energy he brought. He's not a linebreak winger, not now he's over 30.
I just see AKP as one-dimensional. If we can unlock space for him, then wonderful - he's a top tier finisher. But he was getting bumped yesterday on D and the knock on him has always been that he's great on one side of the ball and not the other. Is he decent in the air? I know wingers' jobs are to score tries, but the modern winger wants to do more than that. I still think RTS x Pompey is better than AKP x RTS on that side.
Capewell I thought was pretty good yesterday and no doubt he brings experience...but yeah, Laban has an incredibly mature head on his shoulders and all-round skills, so in an ideal world it'd be his spot. But we all know that isn't the way Webby is going to go. Capewell defended really well, which is sometimes unlike him.
I loved that Niukore didn't front yesterday, would have been easy for Webby to go him over Laban.
