If we use the wildcats as our measuring stick it is obvious that the standards are improving for other clubs - but maybe it just means the wildcats are not so strong this year for some reason?

The Aston Bulls have defeated the Fairfax Eagles in wet conditions, scoring 10 tries to 4 in their 56-22 win. Both teams started the match enthusiastically, with the score locked up at 6 all after 10 minutes. The Eagles were able to match the Bulls in most aspects of play for periods of the match, but were unable to maintain the intensity for the full 80 minutes.

I expected something like fifty against the Eagles but to score 22 in reply is very heartening especially against a team like the Bulls.

Thanks for the support Porn. The Eagles have a long way to go, but we are getting better every week. Poul's information about the match was accurate, but we do have a core of 10 lads who have experience in League and our newbies are shining and coming along well.

It had 4 inches of water for the entire game. HUGE rain would just not stop. Noah actually attented the second half.
