Cronulla will play a home game in Adelaide for the next three NRL seasons.
The Sharks will play at Hindmarsh Stadium, the home of A-League soccer club Adelaide United which has a capacity of 16,500 people.
Sharks chief executive Tony Zappia said the first match in Adelaide would be on the weekend of April 17-20 next year against North Queensland.
"We're certainly excited about making Adelaide a second home," Zappia said on Friday.
NRL chief operating officer Graham Annesley said he hoped the fixtures would be the start of a long-term relationship between the NRL and the South Australian capital.
