I know where he can find new employment. He could be an "actor" on The Bold And The Beautiful! Deadset, WORST, performance. EVAH! The dramatic sighs, the stumbling over words, the moist eyes. Purlease!!!

It appeared like he was coached on his answers - I have no doubt he would have been.
Nothing wrong with what Tracy said, did you people want her to deliberately avoid the tough questions? Maybe just talk about footy yeah?

quite clearly you are like Tracy and have chosen to take sides

she made it abundantly obvious she didn't believe him. she even said something like "lets say she did want this, but didn't you think it was just wrong?"

by her saying that means she believes what was said on 4C and she didn't want it

For the record, I think Tracey was being a cold bitch and over acting as well.
No Oscars for either of them.

I thought Tracy was a b*tch but she asked the questions that needed to be asked.
For example, asking if Matty cared about the girl's emotional state or what had happened to the girl.

As I said, what did you expect or want from it? A whole session saying that the whole thing was the fault of the AFL?

It could've been a tear jerker if he brought his kids along.

^But apparently you can't apply the same logic to the woman involved? Why?

Where have I ever said that the woman is not genuine in her sadness? I haven't. No, you're getting mixed up - I do not believe her story. I am not talking about whether I believe his story or not, just that I believe he was genuine in being upset. I think they both are. Why wouldn't they be?

Why do you think his was put on hers wasn't? You're trying to crucify people for doing the exact same thing you're doing, the only difference being you're doing it for opposite sides of the story?

My apologies though - I probably wasn't being clear that I meant he was being genuine in his expression, not his content. Even though I did quote someone who said it for me.

As I said in my post, how can you be sure he wasn't being genuine without having seen him 'sad' before? An honest question.

And why do you think he was acting, and the girl wasn't?

Maybe the girl was! But she was blurred and her voice distorted.
C'mon Apey, you know I heart you but seriously!!! Even I could act better than that!! It was just so cringeworthy!

I'd say he was fair dinkum. He had to deal with all the media focus, and just got sacked for God's sake!

Grimshaw was just a femenist nutter - claiming the Girl was just looking for her little taste of the players fame. The girl was a bloody trollop to begin with!

Well that's fair enough if that's your opinion Stormchaser.

I guess I was just making the point that he's always a pretty happy chappy on TV, and that's how most of the general public would know him. Most if not all wouldn't have seen him sad before, so what might appear to be weak acting might be him genuinely being sad.

Don't look at me... I'm a fence sitter here, I'm just saying people should consider it before they question him ;-)

I think you should stick to watching soapies.

I just finished watching that interview.

It was comforting to see Trish there supporting.

It was comforting to see Matt very remorseful of his actions on that Kiwi girl. It was very obvious he was nervous. It was crucial that he chose the right words everytime he spoke and I believe he did so.

I hope that girl can take some solace from that.

This has blemished the game he loves and he has acted appropriately to redeem it's reputation. In that I thank him for it.

You and ignorant wankers like yourself are the reason why this culture continues to exist. You choose to blame the woman everytime. I think a 30yo married man can make a better judgement call than a stupid 19yo girl.

I'm not blaming anyone, I don't know why anyone needs to be held to blame. Not admittedly group sex isn't my thing, and I'd assume most guys and girls would agree, but I'm sure some people enjoy it.

It's legal, she wasn't held against her will, she didn't try to stop what was going on or try to leave.

She regretted something she did in her youth, I'm sure we've all been there, the difference is I sure as sh*t don't blame others for something I took part in of my free will
