I'm happy with that, more competition can only be a good thing. Irvine has said in the past he would happily step down if there was a better qualified candidate who could take his position. Why doesn't someone call him out if they think they fit the bill?

back on topic - well done to the sharks - i think this has been handled pretty well (club stuff aside)

i think if ricky has the right ingredients for his particulair philosophy then he can get up but to expect fittler style magic against modern defence as a panacea for an attacking game plan is his biggest challenge
