Even if every single person on this forum became that pathetic it would change what I do...in no way whatsoever. I would say what I thought and when I thought it. I would reply to posts I feel like replying to. It would not affect my life in anyway.

I know there's alot of trolling going around, but if I was a Souths fan I'd be very keen on Nightingale if not Boyd. Boyd is obviously the better player, but there is no way a team with earners like Inglis, Burgess, Taylor etc will be able to fit a superstar like Boyd in their lineup. Dropping too many players to accomodate him will leave them stretched in other areas.

Nightingale on the other hand should come in cheaper and is a bloody good player who deserves more involvement than he gets at the Dragons, similar to Boyd when he was at Brisbane. He could well be very keen on doing a Boyd at Souths by filling the fullback role when Wesser leaves/retires. For me that's far more realistic a prospect than this imagined utopia where everyone and everything pulls on a red/green jersey in 2012.

Or Nighty could do exactly the same thing at Saints if Darbs heads elsewhere. He's a fine fullback.

No doubt. I see both him and Michael Gordon as the main candidates to do a Boyd in the coming years.

Except Nightingale doesn't want to "do a Boyd". He's stated several times he doesn't particularly enjoy playing fullback and prefers being a winger

I'm not sure if Nighty or Flash know Sam Thaiday and Karmichael Hunt, but I suppose there's always the chance that they could all end up in a toilet cubicle together at some stage, so you make a valid point.

Its a long shot in my book though.

Even your own local paper can see the writing on the wall.

Or they are just repeating an old rumour that has been going around for months... Once again, nothing but speculation... will continue till Bennett and Doust announce something.. probably after WCC...

Oh please. He was a fat lump when we got him from you. We turned him into one of the best players of the toyota cup last year and we've turned him into a bloke hungry for 1st grade success. He'll be our #6 if we're unable to keep Sutton.

He has star potential and if he stayed with the Dragons he wouldn't be anywhere near the level he's at now.

A fat lump who was considered among the best players in Toyota Cup.
Tell us about the development work you guys have done with him, given we took him through the grades.

Bennett...goooooooooooone.
Boyd...goooooooone.
Nightingale.....goooooooone.

Soward to be exposed as the worst #6 in the comp.

Hang on, you just stated Mundine wouldn't be able to get past Soward into the 5/8 role, so he went elsewhere for an opportunity. Now Soward will be the worst 5/8 in the comp.
You don't even remember the dribble that you type a few minutes apart.

He had weight issues early on and got by on his talent. That's what you got out of him. He did well for youse at the levels where all you need is pure talent.

He's only got to the point where he's ready for 1st grade with us. He's lost weight, worked hard at capitalising on his talents. All that with us.

Mundine with the Dragons = getting by on talent
Mundine with Souths = developing his game (and his body) to 1st grade standard

Soward is crap, his team carries him and makes him look better than he is. So he wouldn't get dropped. Just because he's crap doesn't mean he'd get punted and Mundine never would have gotten an oppurtunity.

All I know is if Sutton does move on after this year for more money elsewhere, we have a great #6 heir that we've transformed from talented but overweight teenager filled with potential to a hard working fit future star ready to make it at the top level. And we have him thanks to you guys.

Specifically, you have him because Bennett gave him the punt. So if you sign Bennett he might just punt him again

The 2008-09 version of him he punted. He won't punk the 2011-12 version. He'll turn the 11-12 version of Mundine into the next great #6

And he was 120 when we got him. He's noticably thinner, he's lost the big gut he had.

Who the f#ck would pay Sutton more money? Is he ready for retirement to the UK already?

Gotta love the new attitude at the Rabbitohs - punt any loyal player for the new bright and shiny. No wonder George won't go near the place.

If Mundine plays another game of first grade it will be due to injury or suspension. He was punted for a very good reason.

It is widely believed Bennett's decision could ultimately be swayed by whether the Dragons can finally break through for a grand final win, but the 60-year-old also revealed his desire to create a red and white dynasty.

WTF. Do you understand english? I f**ken said Mundine would be the #6 only if Sutton left for more money. In my hypothetical he's hardly the "loyal player".

Sutton is one of my favourite players and I hope he's a rabbitoh for life. But thanks to the cap if he has a good year we may not be able to resign both Luke and him, obviously Luke is the priority so if Sutton plays himself out of our price range and goes somewhere else then I'm saying we'll be ok down the track because we have Mundine waiting in the wings.

So in future let's try not to twist other people's words.

I think you're safe there. So if Sutton doesn't move on what happens to Mundine, this great player you guys have been developing? Prop perhaps??

And as far as my other comment goes, you were happy enought to lose Champion for Inglis. You want to swap Merrit for Nightingale. You're happy to shop Talanoa around to free up the cap space.

Three guys that have bled red and green on the field yet you have shed not a tear.

We may be talking hypotheticals, but with your attitude you are quickly becoming everything that the Rabbitoh faithful have hated for so long.
