I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one that writes unintelligible crap in this forum

• Though disappointed in some of Prior’s games of late, he was great yesterday. That pass was crap and every member of our team would have dropped it
• I too think that Stanley was injured, poor old BH did it tough with the kicking boots yesterday
• Had I not been a Dragon’s tragic I would have tipped the Knights yesterday. They did exactly the same thing to us last game, IE put on a burst of irresistible running with offloads and bloody hard running and scored points in quick succession. Last time we got lucky with our full squad (almost)
• We should have taken a field goal twice when we were 6-0 up and some of our ball movement options were just plain bad but Fein is a good DH and half, his 5/8 play leaves a little to be desired IMO
• Hats off to the coal miner damned well done!
• Style’s passing game was sublime, he continues to impress
• Nighty played well
• Merrin looked sulky and lazy and even a little dazed]
• It was the result that I expected and dreaded
• Melbourne have to play us albeit in Melbourne and Manly at Brookvale the minor premiership ain’t over yet
• Don’t put the Sharks game in the bank yet BTW, I reckon that it will be the toughest we play until the semis

It was almost as if the knights beat us at our own game. We couldn't get through them in the second half. They took everything we had (which wasn't very much today) then rolled down the field and scored. From there they kept moving forward and we didn't look like we had another gear to go to. We never seemed to get our heads into the field and from the drop ball off the opening kick off to the end we remained flat.

The strange thing was that they went to another gear when trailing 14-6. They looked good with quick play the balls & easy gains up the middle, followed by some good backing up. Why didn't they do this earlier ? - reminded me of last year's game v Broncos.

Lol in some ways it is kind of refreshing to see that even when we are defending premiers the Dragons fanbase still bears its teeth when we lose.

I for one dont think this slump is unexpected, if you can even call it that. Long pre season - heavy rep duties - injuries to key players - this was not unexpected at all but I am happy that its happening now, middle of the season and we are still sitting in third position.

Do any of you think Bennett is concerned? I honestly dont think he has broken a sweat about it at all.

I saw some of the press conference & he did seem a bit grumpy with the performance saying that they did contribute to their own downfall. As for the big picture, he was hopeful there are no long term injuries from SOO3, but pleased with their position on the table ( due to the good start that he likes to aim for with the knowledge that mid-season period will be tough )

We all need to be hopeful of this. We need to pray. I suggest regular prayer sessions every few hours. Get on your hands and knees and beg whatever god/prophet/deity/imaginary friend you choose to worship that we can finally say goodbye to this shitty rep season, and do so unscathed. Pretty fkn please.

I might also suggest building some good karma - do a few good deeds between now and wednesday night. I plan on giving my loose change to Souffs supporters.

I went down to WIN prepared for a loss, but after we got ahead the loss was kind of deflating...

Prior was good yesterday, haters chose the wrong game. Biggest concern to me was Dean Young. I know he isn't long back from injury but he really didn't look up to yesterday. I have plenty of faith he'll come back bigger and better...or well I hope so. The poor bastard deserves a break. I thought Merrin busted his arse but I think it was obvious watching him that he was frustrated.

On a side note Shortall is fast becoming Brett Suttor V2. He would do well to stop talking to players in the manner that he does currently. Also blowing that penalty showed me that he has little 'feel' for the game. Watching replays the penalty wasn't there, really really poor reffing. It wasn't the reason we lost but still poor.

Speaking of “Hard to Watch” I looked in on the Roosters game for ten minutes last night
It was mid first half and the Faders were up 12 zip
I have never seen such hopeless, inept and incompetent handling
AND THAT WAS FROM CANBERRA!! The Roosters were that much worse
If the Worst Signing thread hasn’t run out of puff I’m going to nominate Brian Smith

The good news for Rorters fans is that I hear that they’re moving their home ground to Luna Park…with the other roller coaster.
