Argentina with a good 3-0 win over Costa Rica to get through, while it was their under 21s team, putting Messi as the link man to the forwards and not playing Tevez, Cambiasso and Lavezzi certainly helped the team.

Pretty entertaining second half. Brazil go through top of their group after a 4-2 win over Ecuador. A brace from Pato and Neymar.
They will now face Chile if I'm not mistaken.
Looking forward to that game and Argentina vs Uruguay

Cause your persistant mocking of a 2nd string national team, they sent a whole team of unknowns with exception of a few players and all in all they didn't go to bad,

Hernandez if he had played would of helped hugely and actually finished off the chances they created

Di Maria has been playing well, I don't really rate the guy but he has impressed me, he certainly moves off the ball a lot and he has nice skills and a decent shot on him.

Higuian was poor against Costa Rica, he hasn't played much football in the past couple of months for Real Madrid so he is very rusty, Messi set him up with a couple of one-on-ones that he couldn't put away. He should improve with more game time, I like him in the side as he provides the team with a genuine target up front both to hold the ball up and in the air.

The guy who has impressed me the most though is Aguero, I've never rated him, thought he was all hype, but he has been very good
