Lineal Rankings System
These are the official Rankings at the moment.
Now, I am going to start witht these rankings and attempt to update them, as we go, to give an indication of how the various sides rank. If you beat a side, you will climb over the top of that side. In other words, If Wales was to beat England, they would become the third best side, England the 4th, PNG the 5th and so on. I think it might be an interesting way to help order some of the lower ranked teams or at least see whether or not it works. If a game is drawn, then a side can move level with the side they draw with, but will not overtake them and will move one place down the ladder. If new sides play a game, they will be ranked at the bottom of the list, unless they win or draw.
