this is totally wrong, the guy has been outstanding the first 8 weeks & noone is just blaming tebow he is a large part of the problem though stop making excuses for him

Not making excuses for him but everyone in the media is only blaming him.

He is part of the problem but so is the organisation.

stopped cousin sal's kid on 4th down. pretty good effort given that theyre up by so much.

id like a long eagles drive for a vick rushing TD to finish this off nicely.

the foot is off the gas, its all about getting out this last 5 minutes or so with no major injuries

The first TD didn't bother me. That was a good bit of play.

Its the attitude drop.

I can see your reasoning but considering we take on the Bears after a bye who know how to rush it is a concern.

In saying that finally getting a red zone stop was nice to see even though I thought it was pass interference

NFL teams don't like to run up the score on their opponents out of respect (apart from NE and NO). They figure the tables will turn one day and they don't want to be on the recieving end.

I don't agree with it as it stiffs the fans and they don't get value for money.

Yeah I hate it also. If it's a close game players have to learn to play the full 60 minutes (lol 60 minutes, I know) so they should keep playing the full 60 no matter what the score is.

In no other sport do you see a team stop trying to score "out of respect".

i run the score up on madden all the time.

nothing beats the hail mary into the endzone when up by 35.

i reckon teams should do it.

In all seriousness, is there any better antidote to a monday morning than seeing Big D humiliated on prime time by the Eagles?

Nope. Not that i can think of

Raider, nobody really likes the Eagles...so probably just you and other Eagles fans.
And as if it's rightfully the Eagles place at the top of the NFC? LOL...oh I mean go ahead...but we all know you're just wasting the spot because the Eagles never get to or win the SB!
As for Tebow, he was awful but I'll reserve judgment and keep supporting him until the end of the season.
I do not rate Fox as a coach, what he did with Carolina was pathetic.

49ers with a pretty ugly win against Cleveland today, but given the upsets all over the place I'll take it. Game balls to Frank Gore and that 49ers defense which is looking downright nasty.

So seriously how did the Rams win today?

I dont know why all the Bronco's fans are complaining...

With #15 you are relevant in this league for the first time since #7.

:D
Knew id get one you, DC or Monk :p

not taking the piss, i was just pleased to see the eagles finally play to a level to match the talent, the NFC E is a two horse race between us and cowboys, i think the Giants scheduale will be the death of them (seriously, have you blokes seen it? hideous!) and the wheels are already off the skins... so a win over Dallas here was vital to make sure we're right in the hunt for division.

game ball to the DE's, Long was pretty much unblockable and Quinn showed up today, he's been getting pressure but not quite getting there, today he showed some closing speed on the QB and finished well. Brees was under constant durress.

ol' Al Harris had a strong game too, from what i saw, he jam the big NO recievers really well at the line. Jimmy Graham was a none factor, which is hurt my 10 things fantasy team :(

I dunno about Dallas this year, still as erratic as all buggery.
Like the Eagles, we have the cattle and should be very good on paper.
I really despise people finding joy in bagging Tebow or enjoying him struggle....I mean all the guy is doing is trying to succeed.
Yes he has crazy fans but it's the NFL, freaking ESPN articles giving up on the guy after like 5 games....he deserves at least a few more games than that.

it's never too late. that's what they said about the baseball cardinals and they ended up winning the world series.

the whiners were in exactly the same position last season and still had a shot at the playoffs at the end.

one game at a time.

who cares if the saints were flat, the dline was excellent and gained alot of confidence out there today. cardinals are up next. look out kolb.

did you see some of the catches lloyd made today? it's amazing how keeping drives alive helps the team.

bradford back next week hopefully and mark clayton. bring it on.

.

You won't win the division and there's no way one of the other 3 pathetic teams in the division will win a WC spot.

The Saints defense is very bad, nothing to get carried away over.

 The Saints defense is rated 15th in the league - only a few spots below your beloved 49ers.

Yeah I don't know why there is so much Tebow hate. Maybe he shouldn't have been a 1st rounder, maybe he isn't the best starting QB but there's a reason he is where he is.

He is a guy you want to market the NFL on.

I really hope he kills it. Shame Denver is probably the toughest place to be showing off what you can do right now.
