The airport is the best feature....it's all downhill after that.
Yeah you'd love that. Perhaps Newcastle and the Hunter could then be considered Souffs territory, just like you encroach on Rooster's junior zones you f***ing scabs.
Having a tough year? poor guy![]()
I didn't say it wasn't terrific. It's a rich 1st world country. But the Singapores and Monacos of the world, as rich as they are, have a limited amount of space. Things like football fields don't appear on every corner.
maybe you can help SK..
how many tough years before you start feeling better?
is it 5?
10?
20?
40?
That reason is that union are tapping into the corparate dollar. I have advocated for some time that the WCC should be held in one of them countries primarily for 2 reasons 1, its a neutral venue 2, the corparate dollar. There is money out there for Rugby League, but it has to be chased. As a sport we do have to chase the corparate dollar a lot more than we do now. We have to follow the union lead on this.Singapores new national stadium. 60K. Due for completion 2014. Perfect for an Origin game! There's a reason Union plays games in HK, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and will play WC games in Singapore in 2014.

Mirvac moves to seize Tinkler's assets
Property giant Mirvac is going after the assets of mining magnate Nathan Tinkler after he failed to pay a multi-million-dollar debt.
Mirvac arm Domaine Steel River sued two of Mr Tinkler's companies after they failed to honour an agreement to buy industrial land in Newcastle
Mr Tinkler was given a court-ordered deadline to pay Mirvac $17 million by Monday of this week.
But the deadline was missed and Mirvac has told the ABC it was now exercising its full legal rights to get the billionaire to pay up.
Mirvac says it has lodged a contempt of court order to sequester Mr Tinkler's assets
Mirvac has served a number of documents on Mr Tinkler's companies and they will be returnable when the matter is heard in the Supreme Court on Monday.
A spokesman for Mr Tinkler has refused to comment on the Mirvac matter.
Mr Tinkler denies he is in financial strife despite his failed takeover bid for Whitehaven Coal, while he is planning to sell hundreds of horses amid reports his thoroughbred breeding enterprise is haemorrhaging money.
Several Hunter businesses have also claimed they are owed money.
Heard this morning that Nathan is moving his residence to Singapore. Not sure why....
Wow. Why on earth would anyone in their right mind ignore a court order?hmmm

Maybe if Tinkler spent less time eating horses, smoking $100 bills and socializing with coal he'd have enough money to pay his bills.
