Players and coaches on the bench can get cards for timewasting by holding onto a ball when the opposition player wants it quickly. So why not have the ability to send ballboys off too?

Regardless of the time wasting, his next action should never ever be to lash out and kick, regardless of the amount of force used in his kick.. Yep.. That last line is 100% accurate. It's reasonable to expect a professional sportsman act better than a teenage ball boy.

Any defenses put forward for the actions taken is just head in sand stuff.. He simply shouldn't have done it regardless.

I agree. Luckily Hazard kicked the ball, which last time I checked forms a central part of the game.

So essentially Hazard was red-carded for kicking the ball during a game of football. Good times!
