Is that well done as in cooked to a charred mess or well done as in cooked properly.

Turkey for mine, but a medium rare steak seared on my BBQ by me is also tops.

It was deliberately ambiguous. I love how angry people who like raw steak get over the fact other people prefer theirs cooked. :)

Rib-eye with Sirloin a close 2nd. I find that the meat on a T-Bone is actually quite tasty, but I don't enjoy eating it as I have to cut around the bone... prefer just the meat as it is.

had feral cat at a roadkill bbq on the way to cunnamulla once. Didn't know what it was until after i ate it and asked. Idea of the place is you bring in whatever you just squished and they cook it up and make it presentable. Tasted surprisingly good
I saw a program about a similar organisation in England. One guy when there and had blackbird pie and 'Risotter' - risotto with otter in it.

Not the worst idea really, provided done hygenic, make use of the meat around the place. Still a bit offputting though.

I like lamb steak with a greek style marinade best of all. Not the biggest steak eater around but a good scotch fillet, medium rare is best.

Bacon is the king of meats though.

To have it rare it needs to be decent quality. A rare burger or snag would be shit, unless you ground up a good quality cut to use in making it.

For starters bro, rare does not mean "raw"

Secondly, burgers and snags aren't purely beef and have differing consistancies so cooking them rare would bring out the flavour of all the shit ingredients.

You're comparing apples and oranges
