They need to get the basics that U/15s understand right for 0 minutes or they will be cellar dwellers long term.

I was surprised we went so well in the first half. I truly thought the Roosters would put a cricket score on us. It got away from us in the second half but the boys played well with some 50-50 calls going against us. Nice hit by Plum had the commentators saying that Cleary should have 6 players wearing the white headgear. Bring on the storm!

Roosters have a defensive line that's way too good for a bloke like Humble. He was never going to trouble them. No idea what we should do there. Austin I guess. Maybe try Mansour at fullback and get Moylan more touches in the 6.

Seg won't have too many games like that in his career.

Overall they were just better. We did well to hang on but they always looked more dangerous with the ball. Scoreline was probably a bit harsh on us IMO.

I know it's not much to compare to but Walsh was 100% better then Humble. Walsh got the ball to Whare/Simmons. Brown/Robinson got nothing from Humble.

Ineffective forwards didn't help either

Matt Moylan still looked class.

Think we just got outmuscled as we suspected and never got a rub of the green.

We were just outclassed on the day by a better and healthier team who looked like they benefitted from the extra 4 days off as well.

Surprisingly not that upset by that game.

With all due respect you pretty much got kept in the game by Jared Maxwell who was keen to blow the whistle for a couple dodgy forward pass calls against us that could have led to tries but missed one that Luke Walsh through a metre forward on a short pass that almost led to a try. Toss in the 8-6 penalty count that you won.

A forward pass that almost led to a try and a couple of penalties kept us in it?

Jog on.

Yeah. he was no help to us on the high tackles missed on Grant & Robinson or the Newton taken without the ball. Then there's the SBW try. On top allowing players holding down.

He was dreadful for both. The better team won though the bounce for Jennings 2nd sums up the luck we had.

Same. I can't think of a player that was bad in defence. We had no luck whatsoever and we behind the 8 ball the whole time.

Humble, Brown were dreadful in attack, Segeyaro played his worst game so far. We had Latimore, Coote, McKendry it might of been different.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

That first half was handed to the Roosters by the referee. Trying to count "almost" tries as going against you. When a blatant double movement try was awarded and handed you the lead.

Roosters were the better team without doubt. But they were also the team getting the rub of the green and the lucky bounces. Panthers did reasonably well to hang in there. No need to be a sore loser. The margin sure as hell didn't reflect how close the game was.

Throw in another that was surprisingly not upset. My only fury was when SBW was awarded a clear double movement try.

We should have been lapped in that game. The final scoreline was a bit of a blowout, but we were in that game for 60 minutes and I honestly thought we would be out of the game within 10 minutes.

This game was another example that I made before here you guys don't have a marquee player a sbw or a Maloney that will win you the match and the one that you had you let go and he scored 2 tries today.

Sbw and Maloney create opportunities that lead to tries.

We had to much money tied up in players that don't create opportunities.

Jennings was poor the last couple of years without a playmaker.

Now , kindly do us a favour and f*ck off!

Wow. And here we all were scratching our heads wondering what was going on. Thanks scoop. Know we know Humble wasn't the marquee signing we were hoping for....
