Listening to 360, I'm warming to Griffin idea due to following points.
1. Never had a fall out with players other than Moylan, who he identified as having an attitude problem.
2. Had a fallout with Gus because he was having to much input.
3. Has worked with Paul Kent on his Media technique.
4. Reportedly gave 15 NRL debuts while at Panthers including Nathan Cleary, so he is not afraid to give young juniors a go.
