Awesome, we can replace our local fossil fuel industry with green technology developed in the US. Then it'll sync up with our nonexistent local IT industry as we continue to rely on cheap imports from the US and China. Great for consumers, not so great for many workers.

Maybe when capital can't find a profitable hole to dig, or some land to rezone, it'll take a bit of look around for innovation.

Unlikely, but we can always live in hope.

Donald reckons there was an illegal and totally unfair data dump. Probably the most unfair the world has ever seen.

Who's this Darren f**ken deadshit. "I HATE YOU!" Give it a rest Darren. Hating Trump on Twitter isn't going to get you any friends in real life.

Thanks to globalisation, innovation only happens in two countries these days. Or more to the point, it happens in one country and is stolen by the other and manufactured there.

Aussies with the required skills are welcome to migrate to northern California, just like the innovators from every other country.

There is certainly no push to 'Buy Australian'. Patriotism is a dirty word.

That's just not entirely true, plenty of innovation happens around the globe, the Yanks are just far more innovative with capital.

It's the one thing they do better than anywhere else, and by a long way.

Our capital is risk adverse, we like rent seeking, where the returns are all but guaranteed.

25 court cases, 24 dismissed or thrown out, 1 ongoing

so yeh, if it wont hold up in court, what's the point ?

The data like the stuff from the video isn't being submitted to court, yet.

And the lower court losses mean nothing. They were always going to happen. The PA loss yesterday, for example, was always going to be a loss, because it was 5-2 Democrats on a Supreme Court that actually made the incorrect rules in the first place. PA was always going to the federal Supreme Court.

I'd say it's still going to be another week before we really start getting anything tasty

Having said that, a few wins went Trump's way yesterday - Wayne County, MI refused to certify due to irregularities (after being doxxed and having their children threatened if they didn't certify, they held their ground and didn't, anyways), WI tried to change the recount rules at the last second but didn't get the votes on their board and (I think it was in AZ) that a local race was overturned, by Democrats, to award it to a Republican because of information on irregularities that was given to them by the Trump team.

Long, long way to go but...slowly, slowly...

so why go to court with insufficient, or no evidence, other than conspiracy theories ?

Trump said in the last couple of days its just all about creating doubt and "starting spot fires"

do you really think that is a strategical plan sufficient enough to have the election results altered in any way when his arguments are being thrown out ?

all he seems to be doing atm is running up legal bills that he cant pay
