    well...basically just junk, i dont eat maccas or anything like that. Breakfast: Rarely have breakfast lunch: sometimes might have a ham/cheese/lettuce sandwich.....other times might be a meat pie or two, chicken...anything really. dinner is cooked by my mum so its normally a roast chicken...

    they do have junior league clubs in victoria....it doesnt take 3 days to build a very successful junior club that can feed an NRL first grade....ffs.

    sharks were pretty good but storm were too strong in defence. our attack still needs a little improving and i hope for our sakes that they get it right soon...because if they can get that attack firing along with the awesome defence....we will be very very hard to beat.

    no i know a bit about foods...if you told me or gave em a rough idea of what fruits veges and meats to eat i will understand....its just all the Calorie adn carbo talk that gets a little confusing at times.

    oh ok. thank you mr saab, and yeah i have a heap of boxing drills and excercises. So basically i just need to excercise and burn more then what i am consuming (CAL wise). what about fruit and veges? how much do you need? probably a very stupid question i know....but is there a reccomended...

    That would be very much appreciated raiderkate. i will PM you. Also guys what about other activities apart from running....like say an hour doing boxing drills with boxing bag and focus mitts....will that do the same job as running?

    what if the person was around the weight of 120kg? Also the fitness level isnt extremely high...it would be meduim i guess. not capable of 3 km jogs...but running and walking is fine. Also you hear alot about atleast 30 mins of excercise once a day...is this correct? and deos that mean it has...

    there are junior rugby league comps in victoria...ofcourse they arent as strong as premier league etc. but they are young clubs...so there will be players coming out of their in the years to come. VIC even had a team in the arrive alive cup....

    hey guys, my sister in law got a virus on her laptop. her norton anti virus picked it up...but everytime she starts her compputer a box pops up from norton anti vir saying "virus detected- system32/clusc32.dll downloader virus action taken: access to the file denied" I went into system 32...
