Going back to the whole attendance thing it was announced on Real Radio tonight that over 29,000 tickets had been sold and the capacity is actually 32k not 33k what I said earlier. I doubt that they will but if they can sell 3k in the nest 2 days then they might open the top tier... as I said...
No... that is the team announced yesterday by Hasler ;-).
Anyway it was announced today that over 29,000 tickets had been sold with less than 3k left. Could be close to a sell out.

Elland Rd only (officially) holds 33k at the moment due to Leeds Utd not opening the top tier of the East stand because of lack of demand for League 1 games. At the moment the sales for this game are around 30k so the main bowl will be full but the upper tier will be empty. You cant really see...

Leeds Rhinos will be without at least 3 of our squad for Sunday With Webb still out after spinal surgery through the off season, Danny Buderus having a knee clearout and Greg Eastwood waiting on an appeal for his ancestoral visa.
Rob Burrow our half back hasnt played in nearly 6 weeks when he...
Also agree on that. A lot of it is to do with personel on the field though. McGuire and Burrow havent played with each other since the WC semi in Brisbane. Leeds also went into the game on friday with 5 players out and 2 more injured during the game. Also the halves were both playing out of...
He has improved a hell of a lot in those aspects now. Used to average about 80 metres a game in his first season and maybe get 30 mins of game time in. Last season he improved a lot and this year he has come out of the blocks firing.
His stats (not including Friday) are:
Games:2
Carries:26...
More than winded. He was knocked unconscious with a clash of heads on impact (no wonder Briscoes face looks like that if he tackles head first ).
He was sat up and talking in the sheds apparently. He'll just have to do a COG test this week to see if he's OK. Funnily enough that was Baileys...
I know what you mean but 13c isnt that cold and the Manly team have commented this week on their surprise at the warm weather. Remember that during the NRL season in Sydney 13c isnt that uncommon. I have spent plenty of time there and it wasnt much warmer most days.
I was reffereeing this...
Refereeing interpretations yes, Weather no.
Its been mild and dry all week in London and reached about 13c today so that cant be an excuse
Its actually going to be similar in Leeds for the rest of the week too so it should be a good open game of footy next weekend. Better than last year...
Saturday 21st Feb
Celtic vs Hull FC - 5,272
Warrington vs Catalan - 7,947
Aparently only 1k from Hull went down so 4k+ home fans isnt a bad start to say last year it was around 1.5k IIRC and they have lost thier 1st 2 games.
