The money for Perth development will never get paid … time will tell if there is any science behind this amount apart from the AFL Tasmania agreement
  2. BuffaloRules

    WA BEARS

Hold on … go back to your quote that WA has “half that amount “ of development money

10 year process … and $275m … it’s not an insignificant spend is it ?
  8. BuffaloRules

    WA BEARS

lol .. Yeah … of course…$275m or whatever the figure is of Aust taxpayer money being spent on pathways would hopefully produce results they need it … because their results to date of producing NRL level players has been poor …even after playing in the QLd cup for 15 years … it is a very small...

    WA BEARS

I’m glad that works for them … Melbourne have gone down another path and had just as much if not more success .., and the Storm’s path is going to be a lot closer to what the Perth Bears will look like rather than Penriths

Thats your opinion I guess … I think many kids are not juniors of the clubs they end up playing for these days and are not necessarily looking to play with the club they supported as a kid .,,
  17. BuffaloRules

    WA BEARS

but my argument countering these points … is that there are pathways for North Sydney area players already with junior teams in the NSWRL and then an affiliated NRL club Of course more money invested into North Sydney juniors will assist in the future if the Perth Bears get the nod…. But I’m...

I’m asking you to explain the relevance of your link about the Asquith player and how he would have remained in the NRL if the Perth Bears were in the comp … It should be some interesting speculation on your behalf at the very least … as I’m sure you don’t know him personally
  19. BuffaloRules

    WA BEARS

Mate..:you are the one jumping all over the place with irrelevant maps and links …. Your argument you are trying to make with the Asquith player proves absolutely nothing

    WA BEARS

Don’t North Sydney still have junior rep programs in the NSWRL?
