    Yes and Yes Keeping Leo would be wonderful ....but......2 quality halves are the major priority....bigly, and there are plenty of clubs in the same position with more money than the Knights to solve the problem.

    What's the "big money" ? Leo is not an elite level or 2nd tier prop. He's a upper 3rd tier prop with potential. Young and just above average. If anything he's overhyped by the media.

    yeh if correct that salary is borderline negligent if Brailey's time at the Knights was a CV it would show the bloke didnt turn up for work for a high % of time due to consistent non contact related injury. The reported 600K outlay would not without significant risk for a prospective club.

    He would have programs and set parameters on algorithms with projections for years ahead regards cap, recruitment targets and junior retention, all with built in contingency. He would already a very good idea who he's letting go, retain, and who he wants to recruit - now a matter of process.
