    I dunno. If they think Naths shoulder is completely fine they might go with Laurie. That's what we've been doing for most of the year. Wouldn't be the biggest shock for Bellamy but might throw a slight spanner in there.

    Players running the asylum only happens when the coach is out of his depth. The players aren't just built different under Bellamy, Bennett, Ivan etc.

    Real talk though, connections like that should be accounted for. In English soccer you're barred from refereeing games you may have a connection to. For example, if you grew up a Sheffield United fan you're barred from reefing their games, but also Sheffield Wednesday games.

    Don't give a rats proverbial about beating the best. Regular season games are about meta things like narrative, momentum, performance, style etc. The result is quite literally the only thing that matters on Sunday. In real terms though, rightly or wrongly, players barely ever get off charges...
