    From all reports Tariq did have a blinder last Thursday but it took the coach to challenge him to step up all week. Both Korbin and Tariq seem able to lift to another level every now and then but plod along in between. Be interesting to see if Tariq can back last week up?

    I think the NRL are just throwing out numbers. They would probably be better off giving the Knights away for free if the right owner came along compared with getting $10m from someone who is going to do a rubbish job and having to take the club back over again in 5 or 10 years.

    Any footage available could be even more of an issue for the venue and security if he was choked unconscious. It's probably been accidentally deleted by now. Unless a patron discretely filmed it on their mobile we will never see it.

    That's pretty much what I'm putting myself through this for. I won't be getting excited until the hooter blows after the huge let downs against Parra and Canberra when I had mentally banked a win before the game was over. At least reserve grade broke their 15 game losing streak . How the hell...

    Every Sunday is just numb. After the Raiders and Parra games I had to give up getting to emotionally invested in games as it took days to get over those loses. now I just sit and watch quietly and pray for the day we jag a win.

    I think it's hard to get sign off if the player doesn't actually want to retire. Watmoughs case didn't really move to quickly until he actually admitted it was time to retire.

    I would have thought with the Sharks bandwagon the Dragons game would go close to a sell out? Unless all the Sharks fans don't want to travel 5 or 10kms and shell out for a ticket? They are hard to predict that bunch?

    I could understand that comment if he was going to a team like the sharks or even Parra but although they won a comp in 2014 Souths seem to be a bit of a rabble at the moment. Can't see that changing in the short term as they already have the talent it seems they have grown tired of the coach.

    I Another positive for this season is the courage shown by Levi. It would have been pretty easy to not play on given the losing streak but what he did shows great character. Sione finishing the game with a busted jaw and an elbow injury a few weeks back shows he's a pretty tough kid as well.

    I assume this means that Jimmy M has decided not to come back in 2017 Best of luck. Was a great servant for the club.
