    Former Panthers in the NRL

In fairness to Crichton, he got stitched up with the bomb. Had to sprint 35m backwards To even get into the vicinity of it, whereas the fullback was 10m to the left of it & didn’t even attempt it. Was never his ball.

He’s fit as, you just got your TV on widescreen again. Get him back I say.

Rumoured and Confirmed signings - Part 4

What’s he said that’s wrong though? It’s definitely an option, especially if we extend May.

    Panthers vs Cowboys

This place would be unbearable if he even steps a foot on the turf.

    Paying $42. Seems short.

    Panthers vs Cowboys

Mclean must be running it backwards if he can't make the squad, looked a real good prospect. Their strength is still there forward pack. With Dunn at 6, assuming Hampton won't move to 6 later in the week, you'd think they're looking to play a power game up the middle which is probably their...

    Trent Barrett - Attacking Coach.

If a couple of guys here want to leave because (they think) they aren't getting an opportunity or want more money, he should have every right to sign them imo. It's a business, we aren't going to keep them all regardless & he'll have to look after himself & his club. Different kettle of fish...

    Trent Barrett - Attacking Coach.

I see why you say that but I also think the criticism the Bulldogs are taking & will continue to take re; treatment of Pay, will probably benefit the incoming coach & how they treat him. I'd also think the Bulldogs & there supporters realise it's likely a 2 - 3 year job just to get them...

Don’t let the truth get in the way of a good ex player bag off.

    Round 9 vs the Sharks

I know we always talk about Wade Graham being that one that got away, but does he actually do much outside of Origin? He’d be on big money, His stats across the season are pretty bog average. Went missing big time yesterday.

    Round 9 vs the Sharks

Give it a rest, nothing wrong with what Kilkenny said. He’s bang on. Our attack looked terrific, we actually used our right edge + the addition of an attacking centre. BUT sharks weren’t red hot, had little ball & still scored 4 tries, & Edwards saved our arse a couple of times - granted...

    Round 9 vs the Sharks

No issue with that at all. That’s a lot different to claiming our back 5 is sorted & it’s a no contest.

    Round 9 vs the Sharks

Cmon oldie even for you that’s going off prematurely. That right edge would be ripped apart by a half decent team.

    Round 9 vs the Sharks

Think people massively underrate Edwards. I can’t see any reason why he wouldn’t be our long term fullback nor why we aren’t capable of winning a comp with him at the back.

    Round 9 vs the Sharks

The predictions were because of how the team performance last year... under Ivan. Literally a year before that Hook was apparently underachieving with a very similar squad by being circa top 4. Double standards? Nah of course not.

    Round 9 vs the Sharks

Mate we were legit in the same exact position 2 years ago after we'd dismantled the then top of the table Dragons. Lets not blow our load too early just to try an discredit a coaching god.

Rumoured and Confirmed signings - Part 4

We’ll look very Brisbane Broncos if we turf all of our experience.

Rumoured and Confirmed signings - Part 4

Burton is very early in his career. I can't see why you'd move a perfectly capable (above average imo) fullback out of position when we're consistently getting results, purely on the hope that a young 5/8th with 3 games experience would be superior to him at fullback despite never playing there...

Rumoured and Confirmed signings - Part 4

If you’re Burton’s manager or Burton himself, you’d probably hold off signing an extension until you see where you fit in the puzzle. Wouldn’t make any sense to extend at this time.
