    It's been eradicated into the history books. A forgotten year. In '97, the ARL competition was clearly the better product. The SL was way too 'businessy' if you will, just didn't get the passion you saw pre-95 when the 'war' started.

    Effectively Barrow are the #2 side in League One. 70-2 I think I saw? FFS what an embarrassment and canter the league will be. The RFL should make a special exemption for these franchises to go immediately into the Championship. Hell they only just got done by Salford in the Cup.

    In contrast to the other thread (ones you like that others hate), I thought I'd start this one off. For mine, Dean Ambrose. Absolutely hate him. Pathetic character that is a Pullman wannabe. Overbooked, overpushed, never really got the appeal of the Shield's third wheel.

    Toronto absolutely walking League 1 similar to Toulouse last season. Perhaps the RFL needs to reevaluate how they enter these new strong franchises. Cricket scores each week isn't exactly productive to the development of the league.

    Forfeit? Are they serious? The NSWRL would be very disappointed. No disservice to the CRL teams but are the RMC teams fielding full strength teams? Or are these sides that much better than the RMC sides, thus adding weight to strengthening the competition in terms of areas covered.

    It was only used because of a scheduling change in the ISP. Originally Norths were supposed to play Wyong at NSO on Thursday night, with Wests Tigers playing Illawarra in Camden. This was changed for an unknown reason. NSO wasn't available so they had to play at Chatswood.

    NSWRL should be ashamed of themselves for the horrible organisation of the RMC. Removing Kingsgrove was a good step but then Windsor and Asquith removed themselves with no replacement. 10 team comp and 8 make the finals is an absolute joke. Put a top 5 or 4 in due to the numbers.
