    Channel 7 wins TV rights

Exactly and some of the better games at the World Cup will be the ones between the also-rans.

    Channel 7 wins TV rights

Fox Sports handling of their league channel has been horrible. Should've got the rights secured and then simulcast the 'big' games to Channel 7 or whomever buttered them up with cash to show it.

    Super League XXII 2017

Yeah I just looked at the ladder, Toulouse are 50 points or so to the better in terms of points differential. Featherstone sacking their coach in 3rd position? They're kidding themselves. I hope Toulouse get in just for the chance of an all-French tie in the middle 8's

    Super League XXII 2017

I'd trust Toulouse to win and KR to win. It's just margins that it comes down to.

    Wests Tigers Intrust team

I headed out to St Marys today to watch them against Penrith. What a mistake that was. How inept can a team be? Pathetic defence, same one-out attacking plays, lazy to run back onside and no apparent dedication to shut the ball down and prevent offloads. I was discussing it in the car home, but...

Match Discussion: Round 20 vs Eels @ ANZ Stadium

I hope we annihilate the little tw*t Moses

Ron Massey Cup / Sydney Shield 2017

Again highlighting how inept the NSWRL are at running things. Their website is so full of errors in regards to these competitions it's beyond laughable.

English Super League expansion to USA?

You could easily make an argument for Darwin. Easily can get crowds in with discounts for military personnel, there's the timezone on offer plus the lack of other sports. You can also use it as a platform to host some NRL games internationally with less distance to travel.

English Super League expansion to USA?

The NRL's insecurities prevent expansion - more worried about putting teams in one stadium than fixing the plaguing issues. There should be a team in Perth, as well as a 2nd NZ team. Arguments can be made for Darwin and Adelaide as well. 20-team competition in 2 conferences. 18 games home &...

    Championship 2017

Of course they'll restructure to protect Bradford - they should never have been in the Championship to begin with. Will be interesting how they do it. The Super 8's were kinda cool in theory. 14 team SL competition with a 14-team championship and 12 team league 1? Or would L1 further expand?

    Toronto Wolfpack in League 1

1st should always be promoted without some asinine 'playoff' to further cement their dominance. Would've seen Toulouse straight up last year and maybe could've seen Rochdale follow a different path.

    Championship 2017

Bradford back to 0 points but surely it's too big of a bridge to climb to avoid the drop, even with the 8's stage of the competition approaching

Ron Massey Cup / Sydney Shield 2017

Thirlmere are the Wests Magpies lite - Craig, Fiagatusa, Gallant, Mullaney, must be near walking the competition.

Match Discussion: Round 16 vs Titans @ Campbelltown Stadium

Leaving McIlwrick on the bench for 62 minutes is atrocious. The whole 2 hooker system is not working and there is an obvious deficiency when Liddle is on the field. He needs to go back to NSW Cup to spark form. Our forwards are weak. Woods didn't threaten at all, Ava was rudderless after a few...

    Wests Tigers Intrust team

Upset victory, 18-12 against Newtown. The ISP team providing a lot of ups and downs this year. Who knows if this will be a spark in resurgence for them.

Ron Massey Cup / Sydney Shield 2017

Wests have no consistency this season - smash Mounties then get lapped by Auburn.

Ron Massey Cup / Sydney Shield 2017

Don't get me wrong, I love the Shield competition and see it as a tremendous concept. However, it doesn't have the appropriate organisation to catapult it into being 'great.' Hopefully with the redesign, they make it legitimate. Have the winner of the Shield play off against the RMC wooden...

Ron Massey Cup / Sydney Shield 2017

I'm sure I read it back in February as part of the new reshuffle of the NSWRL competitions, the Shield competition would be axed. To be completely honest the problem isn't the competitions, it's those in charge of the management of them. If the right person/people got in place to organise it...

    Wests Tigers Intrust team

Questions must be asked of Heath - this is a team who went to the prelim finals last year and are languishing in 12th this year. There haven't been many changes other than losing Foxy to Melbourne. Also, apparently the new state cup team from next year in the reshuffle will be Wests Magpies...

Ron Massey Cup / Sydney Shield 2017

All thanks to Asquith's withdrawal from the RMC and poor organisation from the NSWRL. I've said it numerous times but the RMC could be a fantastic competition if managed correctly.
