    Fair question, New Guinea Spears? For all the media hype.. I still don't see it for some time yet, maybe a pre commitment for 2030 sounds more reasonable. The PNG government funding doesn't start until 2028 and that is supposedly for the security and accommodation ( high performance centre)...
