    No need to sign him. Schoolboy rugby union isn't that high standard. I've played against Dan Roach [current Australian Schoolboys rugby prop], he's a cat. Its all a game of politics - the richer you are, the higher you go. Look at the Aussie schoolboys side - theyre full of Joeys and Riverview kids.
