    Yeah, but if you watch the replay, the penalty was because the dogs didn't pack the scrum before the buzzer. They only had 5 guys in the scrum. That's why the penalty was blown. The dog should then stopped when the penalty was given, so it's hard to say if Dugan would have scored anyway -...
