    They play the Pacific Nations Cup in the Islands every year. They've recently moved to one nation hosting the event thanks largely to the establishment of the the Pacific combine. But prior to that for well over a decade they played that competition in the Islands with each team hosting games...

    Except they aren't calling anything 'Rugby League'. They are working through a concept titled 'World League' but there's absolutely no guarantees that 1) That it will be the name of such a competition and 2) Whether this ever goes beyond the concept phase.
