    I don't see the advatage of moving say a rcg on a year early. Unless you're just looking out for the player. Dont forget too we have cleaned house with a lot of depth forwards this year. Behind all the players people wanna tap on the shoulder, it's a lot of youth who haven't played much cup.

    no doubt im just trying to get a grasp on the organisational structure. The other team i follow in the NFL, the general manager sits above the head coach. infact the general manager is in complete control of the roster not the head coach.
