    Rumoured Targets 3

showed some really good ball running ability, tell him to forget the cheap stuff and just focus on running hard and fast

    2022 Knights Rep Players

yep, I just never understood wasting a bench spot for a 'just in case' situation. Qld actually did have a winger get injured early on and even without carrying a back on bench they coped easily. Ultimately I think Freddie is abit scarred by game 3 in 2020 when Tedesco got knocked out early, the...

    2022 Knights Rep Players

i think the issue is balance. D Saf's contribution last year was kind of underappreciated, he laid the platform which then allowed NSW to bring a monster like Haas off the bench to continue it. I think to get the best out of Paulo you need to pair him with a genuine metre eating prop in the...

    2022 Knights Rep Players

i thought Cook tried hard but was abit indecisive and took the wrong option at times, but yes him playing 80 isn't really the best option. NSW imo should pick Api at 14 and have a backrower who can play in the centres like Angus Crichton, Sifa Talakai or Jack Bird to cover for injuries instead...

    2022 Knights Rep Players

I'm not sure point of difference is as important as zero go foward. NSW lost all ascendency up the middle after Haas and RCG came off where as Collins and Carrigan dominated for Qld

The thing is Cam Murray can give you that and actually contribute in attack as well. I believe Fittler completely stuffed up the forward rotation. Starting RCG and Martin over proven performers in Murray and Paulo was bizarre as was the decision to leave out Angus Crichton. Crichton was a...

To be fair Wighton and Tupou were amongst the few NSW players who could hold their heads up high. This game was lost in the forwards IMO

Yes but the decision was a tactical one. Tupou i thought did about as well as he could have been asked to do. I thought he was let down abit by Cleary's surprising inability to land a single high kick on or close to the goal line

ye yes i stand corrected, RCG was actually good to be fair. Wingers taking the ball up is fine but you're right it was overdone by NSW. In theory it should've allowed the NSW forwards to load up on D but they just didn't turn up in that regard

I don't know how people are blaming Tupou, I thought he was one of NSW best

the gulf in class between Cook and Grant was scary. I thought Cook was very indecisive and did the team no favours in terms of structure

    2022 Origin I - Wed 8 Jun - NSW 10-16 QLD @ Accor

the problem is they picked a bunch of meat and potato forwards like Sims, Martin, RCG, Matterson, etc and none of them went close to running for 100m. Literally the only nsw forward who bent the line was Haas. NSW really could have used a guy like Angus Crichton who can actually threaten the...

fair effort Qld, Munster murdered us. Few NSW guys probably haved played their last games for NSW like Cook and Sims

Freddy has been thoroughly outcoached, forwards have been dominated, halves non existent

Sims cannot retain his spot for game 2, loyalty only gets you so far

    2022 Origin I - Wed 8 Jun - NSW 10-16 QLD @ Accor

NSW always seem to struggle in that 20 minute period period before and after half time, the line speed has completely disappeared and as a result Collins and Carrigan are looking like prime Taumalolo

    Rumoured Targets 3

Hethrington played only 2 games and then got injured early in the 3rd game but in the 2 full games he played averaged like 130m a game against 2 good teams in the Cowboys and Broncos, Fitz is averaging less than 70m a game this year which is pathetic for a 80 min forward whos not exactly an...

    Knights Lower Grade Stuff

difference of opinion could just be purely financial. Penrith almost bankrupted themselves to build what they currently have, maybe Gardner and Wests weren't prepared to write a blank cheque.

    Rumoured Targets 3

i feel like with Elliott the totality of his off field issues were completely blown out of proportion. A friend of mine used to look after the community projects at the bulldogs and whilst some players used to see the community stuff as abit of a chore apparently Elliott was one of the most...
