Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

Haha yes please! I might be exaggerating his lack of inclusion as well, but really, leaving a 26 million pound player on the bench for so long is just.....un-Spurs like. I just want to say that I'm not trying to belittle Townsend, the difference between this game and his last few games for...

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

That's fair enough and all but then why isn't a small player like Eriksen having issues? Lamela is fast and he is certainly strong, the only real issue I can see is fitness. But that is flawed logic as Lamela hasn't played at all. How can you say Townsend is playing better than Lamela when...

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

Villa's midfield is nothing special, but yes, it is good to see Sandro starting again. Having three central midfielders like Paulinho, Dembele and Sandro to pick from gives us great depth. What annoys me about that is that Eriksen and Lamela really should have started this game, but eh. Erm...

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

Just saw today's team list; Lamela and Eriksen on the bench. What the f**k!? At least Soldado is starting again and Naughton was finally dropped for Chiriches; I expect Vertonghen will play left back. Dembele dropped out in favour of Sandro as well. Hmm. I'm really wondering why Lamela didn't...

    Fifa 14 & Pro Evolution 2014

Pretty much every EA Sports game is like that, it is why I got sick of FIFA and ditched it after 12. When playing against the AI, because EA Sports were too lazy/crap to program good AI, they instead change the laws of the game to make you lose instead of giving you a fair chance. It's such...

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

Everyone knows his dribbling is top class, his issue is his end product. Not surprised Dembele is in the top five though.

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

He was visibly tired mate, even on his "bad days" where he is actually having a bad game he still gets off his line quickly, this game he wasn't. When you are a club like us that (until this season) can't really spend too much beyond its means, and misses out on players like Willian, losing...

    2013/14 Premier League

I agree for now obviously but we'll have to wait and see until the end of the season. The reality is that pretty much the whole midfield/attackers for Spurs are new, it's going to take a while for them to really get into a good groove. I'm just happy we've only dropped points in three games so far.

    2013/14 Premier League

You do realize the "100 million" we spent was to replace 100 million worth of players, right? Soldado ordinary? Please watch our games, in the games we've won he's been absolutely pivotal to our attack whether he has scored or not. The issue for us is that we haven't got our full strength team...

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

 You Chelsea fans are laughable with your AVB agenda, even though he has proven time and again that he is far more capable with a weaker roster than Harry was. Lloris played on Friday in Russia, and also played in our previous EPL game. It wasn't really his fault. Ok, so here's a bit of...

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

Realistic Spurs fans (if there is such a thing) realized pretty quickly that with all the signings we were probably going to struggle quite a bit in the first half of the season, perhaps longer. Losing our main attacking threat from last season, still dealing with the loss of Modric and VDV, and...

Glory Glory - The Manchester United Thread II

My older brother is having the same issues as a United fan, I'm realistic though and I expect that this really is just a transition period. I've seen some of my Facebook friends call for Moyes to be sacked; realistically, how do you replace Sir Alex? It also just goes to show how lacking United...

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

I know, but surely after that game and the difference Mata made he will come to his senses and keep those three out there. Unbelievable what those three are capable of.

    2013/14 Premier League

They both dived, probably because they both thought that if they won the free kick the ref would send the other off. Pathetic by both players, and a sham from the ref for awarding a second yellow. As far as the game goes, a bit late on my thoughts but pretty much this; after Torres went off, I...

Chelsea F.C. II: Return of the Special One

Yeah I failed. I've seen it too often though, they've been referred to as winning the "European Cup" by official and non-official sources a lot. Forgive my mistake.

Didn't Torres go down "injured" as well? He certainly stayed down for a bit.

Tottenham Hotspur: "To Dare Is To Do" II

I wouldn't call Paulinho's a sitter, that is a very tough angle to score from even for top players. The game showed how strong we are at centre mid, Paulinho and Dembele were dominant for a lot of the game. But it also showed that Chelsea's first eleven still outclasses us and probably any...
