That's a ridiculous interpretation of the rules and not consistent with how its been ruled on for years. Forwards have been sitting off to the side...

    One bloke off to the side of the play the ball is a wall? Who the f**k was it? George Rose after 5 years off from footy? Packer knew he wasnt getting there so he threw his arm over the Roosters player and tackled him to the ground looking for a penalty. Luckily you are the only one who fell for it.

    Serious questions need to be asked about the Panthers attack without Cartwright. That's the Roosters and Storm who they have failed to score more than 1 lone try against. I'm not sure you can carry two rookie halves in the NRL and be a genuine contender, regardless of what Moylan and Wallace...
