    If we manage to get his signature I think he will be playing 5/8 even if Keary has a good season. It wouldn't surprise me to see Keary go back 'home'to Parra in a year's time and they will pay full freight if Keary plays well.

    At the moment yes but wasnt the NRL going to further reduce the interchange to 6 from 2018? Or are they going to stop at 8 for now and assess it over a longer time period to get a good statistical sample of the effects of injuries and player fatigue from the 8 interchanges?

    What about Thurston and Morgan Foran and Johnson or Milford and Hunt? Granted Pearce and Keary could be a top combo but Pearce will just about have to win the Dally M for Keary and him to outpoint JT and Morgan.

    They signed up Coote for another 2 seasons and I think the kid wants a starting spot plus the money is too good to refuse. Being Premiers a year ago the salary cap is starting to bite even with no Tamou they need to free up cash if they want to keep Taumalolo beyond next season.
