    I disagree, he is getting a fair bake in the DT today for dropping Hannant, I suspect that he will be made to have a massive rethink by his board and management, or he will be gone. Hannant is now a long shot at best.

    Just be careful about the context of the questions, I've not seen them but they can frame the responses. Bird's seems like a direct response to a question like " how would Josh Reynolds go in Origin"? Might not be as much to it as you think.

    I dont know whether he'll ever come back and I am ambivalent to the whole issue but I do believe that if he was given a second chance, he will be far more motivated than he first the first time around.

    The only way I think it would work would be to get a clearance from WADA / ASDA straight away and get him into the real NRL now, training with the NSW cup team for the balance of the year and if he aims up, perhaps he gets a run later in the year. Then a full offseason and see what happens.

    Thanks for the detail, it seems like he is being pushed out, better numbers than Kennedy but cant crack the team and now running around for the Ipswich Jets. I'm crossing my fingers but dont want to get my hopes up too much. If we could get him this year then it would be a coup.

    Not sure about this, but there does seem to be a fair rift between Griffith and Hannant, the bloke is running around for the jets this weekend.

    There was an article in one of the Sydney papers last weekend talking about the Tits and it's claimed they are run on the smell of an oily rag and can't afford to pay big money for anyone. I doubt they are held together via 3rd party deals.
