    TCT don't spent to much time on rumours. However 60's said he was fairy bullish on Galvin coming, and basically has had some "info" suggesting Galvin, just wants to play here.

    Da Silva (20 this year) is only 12 months older than Coinakis (19 this year). He hasn't even played flegg yet. While Da Silva, has already played 21 NRL games and in his 3rd season of NRL. More confident at this stage, Da Silva will have a long NRL year with Coinakis being another overrated...

    Yes he is, just like Zac Lomax and Liam Martin..... BTW, almost 26 in a few weeks...and had only played 6 nrl games by the time he was 21....Guymer is already at 8..... The point being, Curran was pretty average just like Guyner, took him until 23 or so to be an NRL regular....24 or so until...

    Just to update, Gus in his podcast today said they got Samrani from Sharks after playing flegg. At the dogs he did his ACL, had a really bad syndesmosis injury, then another knee injury. Interestingly Gus mentioned he only recently spoke to Ryles and looks like Papalii is debuting this week.

    Genuine question, say rumours are correct and Galvin is coming. And we get him early. Where do we play Drown/Galvin? probably want Galvin in the halves to start building a combo with Moses. So where does Drown play? I don't think we can put him in the centres as that also prevents combos...

    Looks like that story from Benny isn't correct......according to the eels and Fitz. Tigers pulled out while Fitz was happy to sell out the eels: "It turned out that strong opposition from several former Balmain legends and influential supporters stopped the move in its tracks and within weeks...

    Sammy Loizou in the 22, interesting as Tago (development) and Penisini jr (top 30) are named in cup. Does Loizou even have a trial and try deal?

    Actually don't think carry bombs would be a huge issue, he is a fullback. It's probably more, the rucking out. Can he make sufficient metres, doing the early tackle hit ups, expected of wingers?

    Iongi is a lock at fullback and we have wing covered (unless like this week we have a few out). While Walker is our bench utility (but I think we could still carry Papali on the bench as well).

    It is. TCT did suggest (without any inside knowledge), a few weeks ago when he was pick (round 9), NRL may have given us permission because of Lane's time away.

    Ryles basically said, Samrani has had a poor run with injuries and pretty much been injured on and off since he entered grade. This is the first time he has been injury free for a good period of time.
