    From what I remember the club will have a training base in Blacktown. I imagine that the name will reflect the community they are based in and as a result be called Blacktown something.     Well if you want to be petty and get into semantics they have been taking money from the Victorian Government since 1996; but i think the point of what is was saying is more important.
